Workshop Policy

To cancel for a full refund or reschedule, please contact us within 24 hours of booking the reservation. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations after 24 hours of booking the reservation. Parent(s) or guardian(s) must remain with the child/children at all times. Under no circumstances may parent(s) or guardian(s) leave the child/children unattended at any time. STEM+X, LLC, its employees, and owners are not liable for any allergies. It is the parent(s)/guardian(s)' responsibility to inform STEM+X, LLC of any known allergies within 24 hours of booking the reservation. STEM+X, LLC, its employees, and owners are not liable for any incidents, injuries, accidents, or damages to the patron(s) before, during, and/or after the workshop. The parent(s)/guardian(s) are liable for any damages incurred by the parent(s)/guardian(s) and/or child/children to STEM+X, LLC property, employees, owners, workshop patrons, and/or the facility/establishment. STEM+X, LLC, its employees, and its owners have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This is a family and child-oriented workshop, therefore STEM+X, LLC, its employees, and owners will not tolerate foul, derogatory, abusive, or obscene language, gestures, and behavior physically, orally, emotionally, mentally, or otherwise, and reserve the right to remove you from the workshop with or without cause, without a partial or full refund or credit. Clothing attire must not be revealing, obscene, or show drug paraphernalia, or have any sexual connotation, and must be appropriate for display around all ages of children. Under no circumstances are any weapons of any type and/or smoking/vaping, including any tobacco and/or nicotine, alcohol, or drugs permitted. STEM+X, LLC, its employees, and owners reserve the right to refuse service for the suspicion of being under the influence of alcohol/drugs, with or without evidence/proof. Under no circumstances are any/all material and/or resources provided during the workshop to be reproduced, shared, or sold without prior written consent from STEM+X, LLC. By agreeing to this policy, you consent to STEM+X, LLC posting photos/videos which may contain images of you and/or your child/children obtained during the workshop on their social media platforms and website.
